How should I store my loose leaf tea to keep it fresh?
To maintain optimal flavor, store your tea in a cool, dry, and dark place away from direct sunlight. We recommend using our airtight tin canisters to protect the leaves from air and humidity.
Does DAVIDsTEA offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50 within Canada and the United States. For orders below this amount, a flat-rate shipping fee will be applied at checkout.
Can I return tea products if I change my mind?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on loose leaf tea or tea sachets. However, tea accessories and hardware can be returned in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase.
Are your tea blends organic or allergen-free?
We offer a wide selection of USDA Certified Organic teas. While we clearly list all ingredients on our packaging, please note that our facilities handle ingredients like nuts and soy, so cross-contamination is possible.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website to monitor your delivery progress.
